You approve what to buy and the final quote. NOX purchases after the required funds have been received and the order has been confirmed. A website estimate or an initial inquiry does not place an order or authorize paid work.

Availability and product prices may change until purchase. For fast-selling products, Scheduled Purchase Support may be agreed for a specific window: ¥10,000 for the first 60 minutes and ¥5,000 for each additional 30 minutes. The reservation fee covers the agreed monitoring period even if no purchase is completed. A pre-authorized purchase requires advance funds and defined product, condition, quantity, spending limit and authorization period. Availability, response time and purchase success are not guaranteed. Changes to the approved products, quantities, budget or work require agreement before the affected purchase or additional work. Inspection covers the agreed checks; detailed photos or custom procedures are quoted separately.
You determine resale prices and profitability, give final purchase approval and handle applicable destination import / customs requirements. EMS is the standard international method where available. The final postage, destination acceptance, tracking and compensation coverage are confirmed before dispatch; an alternative carrier is considered only when NOX can arrange it. Customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may apply and remain the buyer's responsibility. Review cancellation conditions before paying.
