The concierge fee is shown as a separate line in every quote. It depends on the card value, sourcing difficulty, order size, and required handling. Before payment, you will receive a fully itemised quote showing the card price, concierge fee, shipping, and any estimated costs.

Wise and PayPal. Transfer fees are paid by the buyer. Payment details are shared privately once the quote is confirmed.

Typical sourcing-to-shipping timeline: 9–18 days from payment confirmation, depending on domestic sourcing and forwarding. International delivery and customs may vary by destination country. Every stage is updated to you. See the full timeline above.

All orders ship via Express Mail with full insurance and end-to-end tracking. Cards are personally sleeved, wrapped, boxed, and sealed. Typical international delivery time is 5–10 business days.

I prioritise reputable Japanese shops, established marketplaces, and verified listings. PSA graded cards remain PSA authenticated slabs; I also check listing details, request photos when needed, and personally photograph the item before international shipping.
